Coffee
Located at the shelter-Coffee is a precious calico kitten born February 18, 2022. She came to Edgar & Ivy's Cat Sanctuary as a frightened, spicy little feral kitten who had been living outdoors with her mother. She wanted absolutely nothing to do with people and made it very clear that she preferred to keep her distance. After being spayed and ear-tipped, we fully expected to return her to her outdoor colony because she seemed completely unadoptable.
Then Coffee surprised everyone.
Almost overnight, she decided she had changed her mind about people. The tiny kitten who once hissed and ran away suddenly became a cuddle-loving purr machine who wanted nothing more than to be held and showered with affection. She made it abundantly clear that the outdoor life was no longer for her and that she had decided she deserved a family and a warm bed instead. It remains one of the most dramatic and hilarious personality transformations we have ever witnessed at the sanctuary.
Today, Coffee is a sweet, affectionate little girl who loves attention and is ready to leave her feral days behind forever. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to begin the good life with a family who will love her just as much as she loves them.

Paris
Located at the shelter-Paris Hilton is a beautiful white and gray female kitten born on April 1, 2025. She and her sister were left at animal control when they were only six weeks old, with no mother to care for them. When Paris arrived at Edgar & Ivy's Cat Sanctuary, she was critically ill with a severe upper respiratory infection. She spent weeks receiving medical treatment and loving care before finally growing strong enough to enjoy being a kitten.
Today, Paris is a petite little girl with a huge personality. She is playful, outgoing, curious, and loves making her foster family laugh with her silly antics. She adores attention, enjoys interactive play, and has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate companion who loves being around people.
Because of the severe respiratory illness she battled as a baby, Paris has been left with chronic watery eyes and occasional sneezing, especially around strong odors or changes in her environment. These are lifelong reminders of the infection she overcame, but they don't slow her down one bit. She runs, plays, climbs, and enjoys life just like any other happy kitten. She is not contagious to fully vaccinated cats.
Paris is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and she is ready to find the loving home she has waited her entire life for. She has never known life outside of a shelter or foster home, and our greatest wish is for her to finally experience what it means to belong to a family of her own.
We know her watery eyes and occasional sneezes may cause some adopters to pass her by, but we hope someone will see the incredible little cat behind those symptoms. If a permanent home feels overwhelming, Edgar & Ivy is also willing to support Paris as a permanent foster by continuing to assist with her medical care for the rest of her life.
Paris doesn't need perfection. She simply needs someone willing to love her. She needs a family, and more than anything, she wants a family.

Yahoo
Located at the shelter-Yahoo is a handsome white and tabby male born on April 25, 2025. As a tiny kitten, he overcame a difficult beginning and eventually found what everyone hoped would be his forever home. He spent more than a year with his family before, through no fault of his own, he was returned to Edgar & Ivy's Cat Sanctuary on July 19, 2026.
It's easy to imagine that Yahoo is a little confused. After knowing the comfort of a home, he suddenly found himself back in a shelter, surrounded by unfamiliar sights, sounds, and routines. Despite the changes in his life, Yahoo has remained the sweet, loving boy he has always been. He enjoys attention, appreciates gentle affection, and is hoping someone will see past his story and give him another chance.
Yahoo is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and he is ready to start over with a family who will love him for the rest of his life. He has already experienced what it feels like to belong, and we know he is longing for that feeling again.
Sometimes wonderful cats find themselves back at the shelter through circumstances beyond their control. Yahoo deserves to know that being returned wasn't the end of his story—it was simply the beginning of finding the family that was truly meant for him.

Piko de Gato
Located at the shelter-Piko de Gato is a handsome orange male cat who is approximately five years old. His story began with heartbreak when he was found covered in orange spray paint across his head and legs, the victim of cruel treatment. Thankfully, he was rescued, received the veterinary care he desperately needed, and was given the chance to heal both physically and emotionally.
Today, Piko de Gato is thriving. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV positive. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is often misunderstood, but for neutered cats like Piko, it is not the frightening diagnosis many people imagine. FIV is primarily spread through deep bite wounds associated with mating and territorial fighting. Neutered, friendly cats like Piko pose little to no risk to other cats in a normal household, and FIV cannot be spread to people, dogs, or any other species. Cats living with FIV typically enjoy long, happy, normal lives and simply benefit from routine veterinary care and a loving indoor home.
Piko de Gato has become one of the biggest fan favorites at Edgar & Ivy's Cat Sanctuary. Everyone who meets him falls in love with his enormous tomcat cheeks, expressive face, and charming personality. He is wonderfully vocal and always has something to say. Whether he's greeting visitors, asking for attention, or simply carrying on a conversation, Piko loves being involved in whatever is happening around him. More than anything, he loves people and wants to be part of a family.
If you're looking for a cat with a one-of-a-kind personality, a remarkable rescue story, and enough love to fill an entire home, Piko de Gato is waiting to meet you. He has already survived cruelty and proven just how resilient he is. Now all he needs is someone willing to look past the letters "FIV" and see the incredible, affectionate, goofy boy that everyone at the sanctuary already adores. He may just be the cutest cat in the world—and he would love nothing more than to spend the rest of his life proving it to you.

Ava
Located at the shelter-Ava is an adorable calico kitten born May 12, 2026. She came to Edgar & Ivy's when she was only four weeks old along with her mother and two siblings. The little family was suffering from a severe case of feline herpes virus and needed intensive care to recover.
Thanks to dedicated medical treatment and lots of love, Ava made a wonderful recovery. She does have some scarring on one of her eyes, but it does not affect her vision or her quality of life. This simply means the virus may become active during times of stress, but for most cats it causes only occasional mild symptoms, if any.
Feline herpes virus is extremely common in cats and cannot be spread to people or dogs. Most cats that have been properly vaccinated have significant protection against severe illness, and cats with feline herpes live long, happy, normal lives. Many of the cats in homes and shelters today are carriers without their families ever realizing it.
Ava has overcome a difficult beginning and is now a happy, playful little girl looking for a family who will see past her history and recognize the wonderful companion she is. She deserves a loving indoor home where she will be cherished for the rest of her life.

She would hide from us, flatten herself into the back of her kennel, and wanted nothing to do with human touch. She was so frightened that we believed she would never be able to live as a pet.
With heavy hearts, we made the difficult decision to prepare her for a trap-neuter-return program. She was spayed and even received an ear tip because we truly believed she would have to spend her life outdoors. She was simply too fearful for anyone to touch.
Then, something amazing happened.
Almost overnight, Bad Bunny began to change. She started leaving the safety of her hiding place and would quietly lie beside the front of her kennel. When we reached our hands inside, instead of running away, she walked toward us. She leaned into our hands, asking for gentle pets. Day by day, she realized that people could be kind. She made the brave decision to trust.
Now this tiny little girl is discovering what love feels like for the very first time. She may still need a little patience as she continues to build her confidence, but every day she grows a little braver. The person who adopts Bad Bunny won't just be giving a kitten a home—they'll become the very first human she has ever truly trusted and loved. That is an incredible bond that few people ever get to experience.
Bad Bunny is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She came within inches of never having a forever home, but she chose to be brave. Now she's waiting for someone to choose her.
